Turnkey Solution Including Design, Development, Supply, Installation, Integration, Commissioning, Training and Operations of HCMS under IDSRS PSDP Project National Institute of Health Islamabad

The National Institute of Health (NIH) Islamabad, under the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) Project, invites bids for a turnkey solution including design, development, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, training and operations of a Health Care Management System (HCMS) under the PSDP project. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and funded through the IDSRS Project. The procurement is conducted through the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Items being procured: - Turnkey solution for HCMS including design - Development - Supply - Installation - Integration - Commissioning - Training - Operations The scope covers a comprehensive solution for the health management system, requiring bidders to have relevant experience and capability to deliver a fully integrated system. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration.
