Construction and Provision of Underground Road Fencing Main Mine at PMDC Salt Mines Khewra

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites bids for the construction and provision of underground road fencing at the main mine located at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra. This tender is specifically issued by the PMDC Head Office in Islamabad but the project execution site is Khewra, Punjab. The scope of work includes excavation in the foundation of underground fencing, laying P.C.C. lien concrete, coursed rubble stone masonry, cement concrete plain, cement plaster application, and white washing/distempering with enamel paint on the fencing structure. The work involves detailed civil construction activities such as dag-belling, dressing, refilling, watering, and ramming of earth material, with all works to be completed as per the instructions of the Engineer/In-charge. They should have at least three years of relevant experience in similar projects with government departments or reputable organizations. Submission of earnest money amounting to Rs. 150,000 in the form of demand draft or pay order is mandatory. Bidders must also provide a list of construction machinery and equipment, financial soundness proof, and affidavits regarding litigation and conflict of interest. The contract completion period is three months with a 12-month defect liability period. The tender documents are available electronically on the EPADS portal and bids must be submitted online by 19th May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
