Procurement of Unforeseen Expenditure, Exhibition and Fairs, and Others for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Commissioner Office Gilgit Division invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and contractors for the supply and provision of goods and services under three heads for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is intended to cover unforeseen expenditure, arrangements for exhibitions and fairs, and other miscellaneous requirements as may arise during the year. The notice is open to all registered firms who meet the eligibility criteria and have relevant experience in similar government supply contracts. Items being procured: - Unforeseen Expenditure (estimated amount: Rs. 750000) - Exhibition and Fairs (estimated amount: Rs. 1400000) - Others (estimated amount: Rs. 600000) The technical scope includes the timely supply of goods, services, and arrangements as and when required by the Commissioner Office Gilgit Division. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance with all government procurement standards. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must also provide proof of similar work completed in the last two years and submit earnest money as specified in the tender documents. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Commissioner Office Gilgit Division by 09 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained.
