Govt. Institute for Slow Learners, Chakwal is inviting e-bids from financially sound firms and contractors for the procurement of uniform kits, jerseys, and shoes for special students (boys and girls) for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and all interested bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities, including PPRA, PRA, and FBR, as applicable. The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and all bids must be submitted online as per the specified schedule. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened. All bidders must submit a Bid Security/CDR equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, and the successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value. Proof of General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and ATL status is mandatory. Approved rates will remain valid up to 30-06-2027, and it is compulsory to attach proof of sales tax and income tax for the financial year 2025-26. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 09:30 AM on 23.10.2026. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at the office of the Headmistress, Govt.
