Up-gradation of Category-D Hospital to Category-C Hospital at Ghazi District Haripur including External Electrification

The C&W Building Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders through the E-PAD system from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and E-PAD Regulatories-2025. Bidders must have valid PEC registration with relevant codes, C&W Department registration card, and NTN/Income Tax certificates. A non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 5,000 is required to obtain bidding documents. Bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate is mandatory, with additional securities applicable for bids below certain thresholds. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure via the E-PAD system. The last date for submission of bids is 24th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bid by the competent authority.
