Up-gradation and Provision of Furniture, Security Lights, Electrical Works, and Repair Services at ARF PAC Kamra

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various works at ARF PAC Kamra. This tender covers a range of civil, electrical, and furniture provision works in the domestic and technical areas of the facility located in Kamra, Punjab. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of street lights at domestic area ARF - Provision of Furniture to makeup deficiency at 01 x Block of 12 x 3 Room Quarters Triple Story DI/Area APF against JF-17 MRO (DP-1) - Provision of Furniture at Different Location - Provision of Furniture at Officer's area - Provision of Security Lights at Tech Area - Rehab of External Electric Cables at Different Location of DI/Area - Miscellaneous B&R items at Domestic / Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Miscellaneous F&S items at Domestic / Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Miscellaneous E&M Works at Domestic / Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra - Provision of Parking Shed at Tech Area - TC B&R works including Minor Work & Repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in DI/Area ARF - TC B&R works including Minor Work & Repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in TI/Area ARF - TC B&R for Officer Area ARF & APF including Minor Works and Repair up to Rs. 3 Lac in Domestic Area ARF PAC Kamra - TC B&R for Periodical Services & Decoration works in DI/Area ARF - TC E&M works and repair up to Rs. Three lac in Tech / Domestic Area ARF - TC E&M Water supply / Sui Gas items in Tech / Domestic Area ARF The scope includes electrical rehabilitation, furniture provision, security lighting, minor repair works, and periodic decoration services within the ARF PAC Kamra premises. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the approved MES list in category 'E' or above. Those not on the approved list may also apply but must deposit earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost and provide detailed work experience for the last two years. Tender documents will be delivered to qualified contractors after pre-qualification. Bids must be received by 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the prescribed date, which is 15 days after advertisement publication.
