Tender Description
The Public Works Department (PWD) Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the construction of important road infrastructure in District Naseerabad. This tender covers two major road projects for the fiscal year 2026, executed under composite schedule rates on percentage basis.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Black Top Road from Mangoli to Jiyani at District Naseerabad (PSDP No. 1494 Z2026.3925)
- Construction of B/T Road from Yaqoob Faqir Dip to Tambooat at District Naseerabad (PSDP No. 1428 Z2026.3242)
These projects involve rehabilitation and new construction of blacktop roads, enhancing connectivity and transport infrastructure in the region. The scope includes all civil works as per the approved designs and specifications.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of completing at least three similar assignments with turnover amounts of PKR 257,752,061 and PKR 243,783,400 in the last two years is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with a Green Challan of Rs. 3,000 paid to BPPRA. A notarized affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming bid information is also required.
Bids must be submitted electronically only through the supplier dashboard on the BPPRA portal by the deadline of 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
