Up-gradation and Rehabilitation Works of Schools and Warehouse in Larkano District

The Education Works Division Larkano invites E-Bids from eligible and experienced bidders/contractors for important up-gradation and rehabilitation works in Larkano district under Provincial and District ADP schemes. The procurement is conducted through the EPADS portal using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of Middle Schools to High Schools District Larkano (03 Units) (SDG#4) (2023-24 Programme) (Revised) - GBLSS Gund Taluka Bakrani (remaining work) - Rehabilitation of Primary Schools/Imam Bargahs/Graveyards/Dargahs (10 Units) Taluka Larkano (2025-26 Programme) - GBPS Ghulam Bhutto Larkano (remaining work) - Rehabilitation of DDMA Warehouse Larkano (01 Unit) (2025-26 Programme) - DDMA Warehouse Larkano The scope includes civil works for school up-gradation, rehabilitation of primary schools, religious sites, and warehouse facilities. The projects have a completion period of 12 months each. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C-6/C-5 with specialized code CE-10 (except works costing up to Rs. 4 million). Valid CNIC, ATL registration with FBR and SRB, and experience in similar works over the last 5 years are mandatory. Financial turnover and audit reports are required along with bid security and performance security deposits. The tender schedule is as follows: publishing date 21 September 2026, submission and closing date 08 October 2026 up to 11:00 AM, opening date 08 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with a second attempt on 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM for un-responded bids. Bids are to be submitted online via EPADS.
