Tender Description
Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East, Karachi, invites e-bids through the EPADS portal for the improvement, repair, and beautification of trenches and roads at multiple locations within the district. This notice covers four distinct works, each with its own scope and estimated cost. Interested and eligible contractors are encouraged to participate in this competitive tendering process for the financial year 2026-27.

- Repair, Improvement and Beautification of Tipu Sultan Road from Shahrah-e-Faisal to Shaheed-e-Millat, UC-02, PECHS-II, TMC Chanesar, District East (P.C. Cost: Rs. 3,15,87,356)
The technical scope includes civil works for trench improvement, road repair, and beautification, with a focus on enhancing urban infrastructure and public safety. All works must comply with the relevant PEC category CE01 and SPPRA 2010 rules. Bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-5 or above, and must also be on the active FBR/SRB taxpayer lists. Earnest Money/Bid Security is required at 5% of the project cost for each lot, to be submitted as a pay order or CDR. Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS portal from 18-Sep-2026 to 21-Oct-2026. The deadline for bid submission is 22-Oct-2026 at 9:30 AM, with opening at 10:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Chanesar District East.
