Tender Description
Tender invites supply of upgraded Spectrum 9105 Foundation Test System including AFDX Quad/Dual Port ARINC664 interfaces and high power multiplexing switching for Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra. The procurement covers hardware, software, accessories, and documentation with 3 years warranty.
The scope includes AFDX network compatible test systems with virtual links, time stamping, error injection, and protocol support. Accessories include optical fiber cables and loopback plugs. Software must support Windows 10 with C# and LabVIEW drivers. OEM authorization, 15 years after sales support, lifetime software licenses, and delivery within 3 months are mandatory. Inspection by APF Quality Control Department applies. Payment on CIP IBD basis with air/sea shipment modes is specified.
