Upgradation of Auditorium Furniture and Electronic Equipment

The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP), Islamabad, invites sealed bids under a single stage-two envelope procedure from registered firms and vendors for the upgradation of the Auditorium of the Court. Items being procured: - Furniture - Electronic equipment Firms or vendors not already registered with the FCCP may register by submitting the prescribed Registration Form along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.5,000. The Registration Form and bidding documents, which include detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and scope of work, are available free of cost on the official website at https://fccp.gov.pk. They can also be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Procurement) at the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, upon payment of Rs.500. The Registration Form and bids, complete in all respects and submitted in separate sealed envelopes, must be delivered to the Assistant Registrar (Procurement) at the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, on or before 12-10-2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids by assigning reasons as deemed appropriate. Bidders should ensure they qualify as suppliers of furniture and electronic equipment and comply with all registration and submission requirements.
