Upgradation and Improvement of Roads in Bhimber Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Public Works Department (PWD) Highways Division Bhimber Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope E-Bidding System for road construction and improvement works in Bhimber district. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Iftikharabad to Matian Wala Road, Length 7 Km - Improvement, Reconditioning, Metalling & Black Topping of Main Road Sandua Cross to Bagsar Fort, Length 9.60 Km These works involve road upgradation, reconditioning, metalling, and black topping to improve connectivity and infrastructure in the Bhimber district. Detailed road drawings and bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Bhimber during office hours. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bank receipts as proof of bid security deposit to the Divisional Joint Account at National Bank of Pakistan Main Branch Bhimber and Bank of AJK Bhimber Branch. Eligibility requires registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council under category C-4 and above with specialization CE-01. Firms must be registered with FBR and not blacklisted. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format only. Incorrect or incomplete submissions will lead to disqualification and a two-year ban from bidding.
