Upgradation and Maintenance Works at CMH Lahore Cantt by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various upgradation and maintenance works at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Lahore Cantt. These works are being procured under the authority of the Additional Chief Engineer (Army) 4 Corps Lahore Cantt in accordance with PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2014. Items being procured: - Upgradation/Maintenance of 5 x Bed Lifts at Block-3 CMH Lahore Cantt (Rs. 11.950 Million) - Upgradation/Maintenance of 4 x Lifts at ACH, 2 x Lifts at Diagnostic Center & 1 x Lift each at Specialist Block, A&E Emergency & Staff Surgeon at CMH Lahore Cantt (Rs. 10.550 Million) - Repair of HEPA Filters at 6th Floor Roof top & FAHU Roof Top Block 3 CMH (Rs. 11.450 Million) - Chemical Dosing & De-scaling for Block 1 & 2 at CMH Lahore Cantt (Rs. 11.380 Million) - Miscellaneous Sewer Works, Upgradation of External Services, Road, Work, Boundary Wall, Deposit & FGEI Building Works under ACE 4 Corps (Rs. 100.00 Million) - Construction, Repair, Renovation of Miscellaneous Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Water Supply and Sui Gas Works at CMH Lahore, Lahore Cantt, Pattoki and Chunian Cantt (Rs. 300.00 Million) The scope includes comprehensive civil, electrical, mechanical, water supply, and sewerage works across multiple blocks and locations within CMH Lahore Cantt and adjoining cantonments. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category 'C' or above. They must also be on the approved list of MES and demonstrate financial stability and technical capability. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the eligibility criteria after scrutiny. Applications must be submitted by 20 October 2026. The tender opening will be held on 29 October 2026 at 1200 hrs. Contractors may attend the opening. Earnest money and performance reports for the last three years are required as per tender conditions.
