Swat Irrigation Division-I, Swat invites electronic bids through EPADS from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27, having valid KPRA and active NTN registration with FBR. Items being procured: - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures water/Civil Channel at Gammon Steel Bridge District Swat (Estimated Cost: Rs. 18.725 Million) - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures Water/Civil Channel at Dedawar District Swat (Rs. 19.378 Million) - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures & Civil Channel at Manyar Atrai District Swat (Rs. 8.121 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Structures left side of Swat River D/S of Gammon Steel Bridge District Swat (Rs. 71.010 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Work at Depu Khwar U/S Shamozo Degree College, District Swat (Rs. 54.880 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Structures at Mingora Khwar at Village Qambar District Swat (Rs. 26.29 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Structure at Depu Khwar D/S Shamozo Degree College, District Swat (Rs. 28.60 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Structures at Barikot & Malkidam Khawar & Adjoining areas District Swat (Rs. 20.95 Million) - Construction of Flood Protection Structures and including PCC Roads at Shamozo Khawar & Adjoining Areas District Swat (Rs. 33.860 Million) The works require specialized expertise in irrigation and flood control systems as per PEC category C-4 to C-6 with relevant specialization codes. Bidders must upload bids via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) including scanned copies of CNIC, valid PEC license, enlistment, KPRA registration, FBR status, and bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). No hard copies except original CDR will be accepted. The bids will be evaluated on Above/Below system on BOQ/Engineer's estimate basis. The last date for bid submission is 27th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20th October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer.
