Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Mardan, is procuring extensive uplifting beautification activities along with installation of solar lights across multiple tehsils and union councils within District Mardan. This tender covers a wide range of works including beautification in Tehsil Katlang, Rustam, Garhi Kapoora, Sheikh Maltoon, Mardan city, and other areas. The scope includes installation of solar street lights, improvement of public infrastructure such as roads, drains, streets, and parks, and sanitation works involving PCC streets, culverts, and cleanliness drives.
The technical scope demands contractors with relevant Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) codes for Solarization, Electrification, and Civil Works. The contractor must be enlisted with the C&W Department and registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for the current financial year. Experience in similar scale projects and compliance with earnest money requirements through CDR is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids.
The last date for submission of electronic original tender forms is 14th May 2026 at 11:00 AM.
