Tender Description
The Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (P I & II) P&D Department invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the uplifting and improvement works on Turbat Buleda Road under Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates basis. The procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Package 01: Protection Works at Various Rds (Tender No: TSE-2627101206553) with estimated cost Rs. 294,707,286/-
- Package 02: Abutment Protection Works of Bridges and Fixing of Gantry Sign Board (Tender No: TSE-2627101201293) with estimated cost Rs. 202,792,355/-
The technical scope includes road protection, abutment protection of bridges, and installation of gantry sign boards. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of over 70% of the estimated cost each in the last three years. PEC Category Code C-3 and above (up to 500 million) is required. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. A tender fee of Rs. 2000/- non-refundable is payable via green challan form to the specified government treasury account.
Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the bid amount is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and complete bidding documents are available for viewing on the same portal. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the supplier dashboard by 29th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
