Procurement of Vaccines for Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Cold Chain 2026-27

Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of vaccines for the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Cold Chain for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules, and all interested bidders must comply with the specified requirements. Items being procured: - Vaccines for EPI Cold Chain (quantity and specific types as per specification document) The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of vaccines that require cold chain management to ensure potency and safety. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and FBR, and must possess a valid drug sale or import license. The earnest money required is 2% of the bid value, with a minimum of Rs. 44000/- to be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). All vaccines must be delivered in accordance with the cold chain requirements, and suppliers must have the capacity to maintain the required temperature during transportation and storage. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS (E-Bidding) system, and manual submissions will also be accepted as per the instructions in the tender document. The deadline for submission is 02 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
