Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas transmission and distribution company, is inviting sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and dealers for the supply of valve lubricants and grease. This procurement is open to suppliers who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, and are listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is being conducted on an open competitive bidding basis for both international and local bidders.

The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality valve lubricants and grease suitable for gas transmission and distribution operations. Bidders must ensure that the products offered meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. The tender is open to foreign and international suppliers as well, and all interested parties must submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a Pay Order or Demand Draft of Rs. 2,500 as Earnest Money in favour of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, along with proof of being an Active Taxpayer from FBR for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and a valid Professional Tax Certificate.
