Procurement of Miscellaneous Chemicals, Maintenance Tools, Electrical Testing Equipment, Stainless Steel Lab Fixtures, High Activity Dose Calibrator, Temperature Controller, and Portable Chemical/Gas Detectors

The Sales Tax Department in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis for a variety of goods. The procurement includes the following items: - Miscellaneous Chemicals - Maintenance Tools i.e. Hydraulic Bearing Puller, Shaft Laser Alignment Tools, Vibration Meter etc - Electrical Testing Equipment - Stainless Steel Lab Fixtures - High Activity Dose Calibrator - Temperature Controller, Centrifuge Tubes etc - Portable Chemical/Gas Detectors These items are required for departmental use and must meet the detailed specifications available upon request. Tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a bank draft or pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee for each item is Rs. 2000/- and must be paid via bank draft; cash payments are not accepted. Bidders must provide 2% earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance. Tenders must be submitted before the opening date of 26-08-2026. The tender opening will take place at 11:00 A.M with receiving time starting at 10:30 A.M. The tender process follows a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Tender validity is 60 days from the opening date. Late submissions will not be entertained. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Interested bidders should ensure their bids are free from cutting or overwriting and that the original bank draft is received one day before the opening date. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
