Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies, sole distributors, and well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the tender for various items required for the establishment of an AI Research and Development Lab at BZU Multan. Items being procured: - Various Items for Establishment of AI R&D Lab in BZU The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and no other mode of bid submission will be accepted. Bidders must submit their bids online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per the guidelines of the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Rules 2014, following the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for the entire tender. A bid security of Rs.90,000/- must be submitted online. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total purchase order value in favor of the Treasurer, BZU Multan, valid for six months. Failure to supply within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the performance guarantee and further action as per rules. Bids must be submitted on or before 15-10-2026, 01:30 p.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room, BZU Multan.
