Supply of Helmet Flyers Size Medium, Large & X-Large by Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificate for supply of Helmet Flyers Size Medium, Large & X-Large to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Helmet Flyers Size Medium (Qty 105 Nos) - Helmet Flyers Size Large (Qty 105 Nos) - Helmet Flyers Size X-Large (Qty 40 Nos) Total quantity: 250 Nos The delivery period for the supply is 9 to 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested copy of sales tax registration and NTN certificate, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, attested CNIC of managing director, attested bank statement for last one year, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting, details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations, details of property/assets, and manufacturing or agency certificates if applicable. Original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide 5% bid security up to a maximum of Rs. 1.0 million along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
