Construction and Renovation Works for Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Cantt Area

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites reputable, experienced, and eligible firms or contractors to submit electronic bids for various construction and renovation works under the Financial Year 2026-2027. The works will be executed on the basis of the MES Schedule of Rates, 2025, and prevailing market rates for non-schedule items. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized codes, and also registered with the Federal Board of Revenue with valid income tax and sales tax certificates. Items being procured: - Construction of RCB Shopping Center at Tench Road (Phase-II) - Renovation of 15 water filtration plants including civil works (Phase-I) - Repair of pump No.05 at Sangjani Treatment Plant - Provision and replacement of 120W LED Street Lights (complete with all accessories) at main roads in Westridge I & II Ward No.02 - Provision and replacement of 100W LED street lights (complete with all accessories) at Allahabad Road & Westridge III (Ward No.01) - Provision and replacement of 100W LED Street Lights (complete with all accessories) at Lane 1 to Lane 7 and Misrial Road (Ward No.08) - Provision and installation of poles with 120W LED street lights at Range Road (Ward No.07) The scope includes civil works, electrical installations, and maintenance within the Cantt area. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the EPADS V2.0 portal by 13 October 2026 at 1:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, is mandatory. Firms blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization are not eligible to participate.
