Tender Description
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is procuring 03 seater visitor chairs and rectangular tables for the Tourist Resort located at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra. This procurement is specifically for high-grade fiber furniture items designed for outdoor use, ensuring durability and premium quality suitable for public and commercial areas.
The technical scope includes 100 units of high-grade fiber 03-seater visitor chairs with sturdy 18 gauge MS frames and double channel legs, manufactured with pure material for extra life, support, and color retention. Additionally, 50 units of high-grade fiber rectangular tables, measuring between 3.5 to 4 feet in length, are required. These tables also feature 18 gauge MS frames with legs and are designed to complement the visitor chairs in size and color. The furniture must be complete in all respects, including fixing if required, as directed by the Engineer or In-charge.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards for income and sales tax and be on the active taxpayer list. Firms should be well-established with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience with government or semi-government organizations. Submission of catalogues, experience certificates, work orders, and completion certificates is mandatory. The bid security amounting to Rs. 100,000 in the form of demand draft or pay order is required. The successful bidder will deposit a security money of 10% of the total contract value.
The tender submission deadline is **04 May 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPAD electronic bidding system.
