Tender Description
NAVTTC seeks proposals for a result-based vocational skills training program under the Pakistan Skills Impact Bond to enhance youth employability and economic stability. The program targets unemployed youth across Pakistan with a focus on measurable employment outcomes.
The program duration is up to two years with training batches lasting 3-6 months and includes post-placement tracking. Eligible bidders must demonstrate capacity in skills training, job placement, and partnerships with employers. Training will cover multiple sectors including construction, healthcare, IT, and agriculture. Proposals must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and in hard copy by 8th January 2026 at 11:00 AM.
