Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Kohistan Lower invites bids through EPADS for the Water Supply Scheme from Berlu to Pattan Bazar, Surrounding Area and Tableegi Markaz. This project is part of the Hydro Power Generating District Development Project funded from 10% Net Hydel Profit and is located in Pattan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The scope includes the construction and installation of water supply infrastructure to serve the local population. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards as outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for 2026-27, valid enlistment certificate from the Works Department, FORM-H for companies, valid KPPRA and FBR forms, and an updated audit report. Bidders must also provide affidavits confirming no litigation with the PHE Division Kohistan Lower and submit performance certificates if previously working with this office. Bank statements from 01-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 and a declaration on stamp paper regarding bid security are also required.
The bid security is 2% of the bid cost, and a tender fee of 0.03% must be attached in the form of CDR with the financial proposal. Bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing date and time. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 1:05 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later.
The last date for bid submission is 15-10-2026 at 12:05 Noon, with clarifications accepted until 12-10-2026 at 3:00 PM. Bidders should carefully follow the instructions to avoid disqualification.
