Supply of Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes in Northern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Public Health Engineering Division Torghar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through EPADS for the following works from eligible bidders in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurements Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 on single stage two envelopes procedure. The bidders shall be registered with (i) e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS), (ii) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurements Regulatory Authority, (iii) Pakistan Engineering Council (in required category having limit of estimated cost 8 required codes) (iv) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) (status shall be active), (v) Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) (NTN status shall be active) & Active Sale Tax number. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes in Northern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ADP No. 171/25110 PK-41 & NA-15 District Torghar (W.S.Scheme Deanda Kandaam) - Package No.1: Water Supply Scheme Tot Patay Basi Khail, Pressure Pump at Sural Bashkai - Package No.2: Pressure Pump at Judba Basi Khail, Pressure Pump at Shokati Tilli HassanZai, Pressure Pump at Khanara Tilli HassanZai, Pressure Pump at Karo Madakakhail The technical scope includes construction and installation of water supply schemes and pressure pumps at specified locations in Torghar district. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including PEC with appropriate category and financial limits, KPPRA, FBR, and have active sales tax registration. The bid security amounts and estimated costs are specified for each package. The bid submission deadline is 2nd September 2022 at 12:00 noon. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal. The contractor must provide a duly signed original certificate from the Head of Department confirming that the contractor has worked with PHE or any other works department by installing water-based pumping systems and performance certificates.
