Procurement of White Offset Paper, White Art Card, Morocco Paper and Allied Printing Material for PCP Press Islamabad

The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, operating under the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the FBR who are on the active taxpayer list. This procurement is specifically for the supply of white offset paper (local/imported), white art card, Morocco paper, and allied printing materials for the PCP Press in Islamabad. Items being procured: - White Offset Paper (local/imported) - White Art Card - Morocco Paper - Allied Printing Material The tender requires bidders to submit complete bids on the PPRA ePADS 2.0 portal by 18-08-2026 at 2:00 p.m. Hard copies of the bids must also reach the office of the Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the same deadline. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money or Security Money as per lot-wise offer. Bids without earnest money/security money will be disqualified. Lot-wise bid security must be submitted on or before the tender due date and time in sealed covers. The tender is divided into four lots with the following bid securities: - Lot No.1: Rs. 270,135 - Lot No.2: Rs. 128,558 - Lot No.3: Rs. 293,567 - Lot No.4: Rs. 196,196 Manufacturers and dealers may participate for supply of entire tendered quantities in a single lot or more than one lot according to their capacity. Rates must be quoted against all items in the lot; failure to do so will result in rejection. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid validity period is 90 days. Purchase quantity may be increased or decreased according to requirements and fund availability.
