Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Wide Bore 1.5T MRI System and Medical Equipment at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from registered firms with valid Income/Sales Tax and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status of FBR for procurement of specialized medical equipment and maintenance contracts. The procurement includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Wide Bore 1.5T MRI System for the fiscal year 2026-27, physiotherapy equipment phase-2 for 2026-27, imported laparoscopic instruments for 2026-27, preventive maintenance and repair contract for lifts/elevators for fiscal years 2026-28, and annual maintenance and repair of generators for fiscal years 2026-28. Items being procured: - Wide Bore 1.5T MRI System 2026-27 - Physiotherapy Equipment phase-2 2026-27 - Laparoscopic Instruments Imported 2026-27 - Preventive Maintenance & Repair Contract for Lifts/Elevators FY 2026-28 - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Generators FY 2026-2028 The technical scope covers advanced medical imaging and physiotherapy equipment, laparoscopic surgical instruments, and maintenance services for hospital lifts and generators. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA EPADS and submit bids online by 11:00 AM on respective dates, with bid opening at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or representatives at the Committee Room/AHD office. Bid security requirements vary from 2% of bid value to PKR 500,000 depending on the lot. A non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted to MCB Bank LRH Receipts account prior to bid submission. Original bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Pre-bid meetings and tender openings are scheduled between 07-10-2026 and 28-10-2026. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms including FBR registration, earnest money, and submission through EPADS portal.
