Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the extension and development of an existing Wildlife Park in Dera Ismail Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department. The project includes three main packages: development of pavements, paths, and tracks; construction of ornamental art railings; and development of waterfall and ornamental beautification works, all aimed at enhancing the park's infrastructure and visitor experience.
The works involve civil construction activities requiring quality materials such as concrete, steel, and ornamental fixtures suitable for outdoor environments in D.I. Khan. The site presents typical engineering challenges including terrain adaptation and aesthetic integration with natural surroundings. Contractors must ensure compliance with engineering standards and timely completion as per work orders.
Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. For fiscal year 2025-26, active PEC registration is mandatory. Firms should prepare earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) at 2% of the engineering estimate.
