Construction and Improvement Works in GBA-11 Kharmong

Gilgit Baltistan C&W department B&R Division Kharmang invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs under GBPPRA rule 39(a) SINGLE STAGE ONE ENVELOPE procedure, having valid MC registration with relevant category/code for the following works: Items being procured: - Continuation of Shingle road in GBA-11 Kharmong (Ph-I) with estimated cost Rs. 28.068 Million - Improvement/Re-alignment and widening of road in GBA-11 Kharmong with estimated cost Rs. 15.000 Million - Construction of Special Branch office/Residence at District Kharmong with estimated cost Rs. 6.502 Million The scope includes civil construction and road works in Kharmang area. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for the current financial year with relevant category and code. CNIC of the prospective bidder/firm, enlistment with procuring agency, affidavit of no blacklisting, and renewal receipt for CFY are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank is required. Tender forms can be obtained on submission of written application and non-refundable fee through treasury challan from NBP Mehdiabad branch. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R C&WD Kharmang. Bids must be submitted before the closing date of 28 August 2026 by 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM respectively for each work, and will be opened on the same day at the specified times in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division at Kazburthang Mehdiabad Kharmang.
