Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Finance & Accounts Department (Contract Management Wing) invites bids for winching, cleaning of nalla and transportation of material at designated dump sites across various areas of Karachi for the monsoon year 2026. This procurement is specifically for the Municipal Services Department in Karachi, Sindh. The technical scope includes mechanical winching and cleaning of sewerage pipelines ranging from 18" to 54" diameter, removal of silts and solids, pumping and dewatering, supply of jute bags for temporary flow diversion, dismantling of masonry and concrete where required, jungle clearance, specialized labor for nalla cleaning, and transportation and disposal of extracted sludge to approved dump sites. The contractor must provide all machinery including winching machines, pumping sets, tractor trolleys, and ensure safety and environmental compliance throughout the contract period. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, PEC registration category C-4 or above with relevant codes CE-01 and ME-01, valid sales tax registration, and at least three years of relevant experience in similar municipal drainage works.
