Provision of Winter/Summer Uniforms for Special Students FY 2026-27

Government Institute for Slow Learners Lodhran invites registered and eligible firms to supply winter and summer uniforms for 92 special students, comprising boys and girls, for FY 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through E-PADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and the specified single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The total estimated value is **PKR 1,200,000**, inclusive of applicable taxes and charges. Mandatory lot-wise item list: Lot 1, Boys Uniform: shirt, pant with belt, tie and bunyan, estimated at **PKR 400,000**. Lot 2, Girls Uniform: shalwar, qameez, dupatta and shawl, estimated at **PKR 300,000**; the shawl will be replaced with a dupatta in summer uniform. Lot 3, Shoes: black school shoes for boys and girls with black socks, Bata or equivalent, estimated at **PKR 400,000**. Lot 4, Jersey: jerseys for boys and girls, estimated at **PKR 100,000**. The grand total for all four lots is **PKR 1,200,000**. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and provide valid CNIC, General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, acceptance of the tender conditions and evidence that the firm is not blacklisted or disqualified. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the total estimated value of all four lots, amounting to **PKR 60,000**, must be submitted as a call deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of the Headmaster, Government Institute for Slow Learners Lodhran. The deposit must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF form, with the original submitted before closing. Tender documents shall be uploaded on E-PADS by **20 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Technical offers will be opened the same day at **10:30 AM** in the presence of the Purchase Committee and participating firms. Original bid security should be delivered to the Headmaster, Government Institute for Slow Learners Lodhran, before the tender meeting. Successful suppliers must provide a 10 percent performance guarantee, approximately **PKR 120,000**, and bear testing, transportation and replacement costs.
