Works of Power House Units 01 & 02 1600KW Pelton Turbine at Rehra Power Station

The AJK Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids on a single stage single envelope basis for works related to the power house units 01 & 02, each equipped with a 1600KW Pelton turbine. The scope includes dismantling, modification of mechanical parts and governing system, repair and maintenance, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 3.2MW Rehra Power Station located in District Bagh, AJK. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above and possess relevant experience. Items being procured: - Works of power house Unit 01 1600KW Pelton turbine - Works of power house Unit 02 1600KW Pelton turbine - Dismantling of mechanical parts - Modification of mechanical parts and governing system - Repair and maintenance - Transportation - Installation - Testing and commissioning of 3.2MW Rehra Power Station Bidding documents can be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 in the form of a bank draft in favor of the Managing Director AJK PDO. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30th September 2026 at 14:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Deputy Director (O&M) Power Development Organization, Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad. A bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Deputy Director (O&M), AJK PDO must be enclosed with the bids. All applicable taxes and duties in AJK will be deducted from the successful bidder. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA rule #33(1). Bidders are advised to carefully review the PEC category requirements and ensure timely submission of bids to avoid disqualification. Early procurement of bidding documents is recommended to allow sufficient time for preparation.
