Provision of X-ray Films and Chemicals for Annual Contract 2026-27

Punjab Employee's Social Security Institution is inviting bids for the annual contract for the supply of X-ray films and chemicals for Social Security Hospital, Sargodha. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure uninterrupted diagnostic services at the hospital. Items being procured: - X-ray films (various sizes and types as per hospital requirements) - X-ray chemicals (developer, fixer, and other related chemicals) The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality X-ray films and chemicals that meet the hospital's standards for radiology departments. Bidders must ensure that all items are delivered in original packaging and are compatible with the hospital's existing X-ray equipment. The contract will be awarded on a framework basis, allowing for repeat orders throughout the year as per hospital demand. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must have at least three years of experience in supplying medical or diagnostic consumables and must provide valid NTN, GST, and tax returns for the last three years. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount (**PKR 15,000,000**) must be submitted in the form of a CDR or pay order along with the bid. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
