Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO), through the PMU GEPCO, invites electronic bids from registered or prequalified firms, authorized dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers for free delivery at the GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad. The procurement is funded under the planned FY 2026-27 programme and covers electrical measurement and station battery equipment.
Mandatory item list: Sr. 1, Tender No. NCB-STG-6: 11kV CTs, 1200-2400/5A, quantity 28 No.; 11kV CTs, 200-400/5/5A, quantity 6 No.; 11kV CTs, 300-600/5A, quantity 2 No.; and 11kV PTs, 1000/100, quantity 9 No. Sr. 2, Tender No. NCB-STG-7: Station Battery, 110 V, 150 AH, 55 cells, quantity 52 No. Required delivery is 120 days from purchase order issuance for each tender.
The bid guarantee is **PKR 0.175 million** for NCB-STG-6 and **PKR 2.560 million** for NCB-STG-7. Bidders must also demonstrate average annual turnover for the last three years of **PKR 7.0 million** and **PKR 102.245 million**, respectively. Offers must be submitted by eligible firms with relevant authorization and technical capacity. Equipment must be type-tested through designated laboratories under the NTDC Type Test Policy 2023; fresh type-test undertakings are not accepted. Bidders should ensure valid tax registration and ATL compliance where applicable.
E-bids must be prepared and uploaded through the EPADS v2.0 e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The bids will be opened electronically on **21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM for NCB-STG-6 and 11:05 AM for NCB-STG-7**. Original bid guarantees must reach the office of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU, GEPCO Gujranwala, in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic opening deadline, with a copy attached to the technical proposal. Bid validity is 150 days, and guarantees must remain valid for 28 days beyond validity.
