SLA for Maintenance and Support of Wireless Network Equipment (Ruckus) at FIAP Faisalabad for One Year

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), IT Branch Headquarters, invites bids for the SLA for maintenance and support of Wireless Network Equipment (Ruckus) at Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP) for a period of one year. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract includes comprehensive maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, and associated services for Ruckus Smart Zone 100 Wireless Controllers and 68 Ruckus Access Points (models R510, R720, R750). The scope covers on-site support with a maximum four-hour response time, 24x7 remote technical support, preventive maintenance quarterly, software and firmware updates, OEM technical assistance coordination, hardware replacement, root cause analysis for major failures, incident and ticket management, and compliance with service level agreements. The bidder must ensure continuous OEM support coverage throughout the contract period and provide all necessary manpower, tools, transportation, and technical resources without additional charges. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of three years of relevant experience, valid OEM partnership, active tax registration, and an office in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 12, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security of PKR 95,270 must be submitted physically before the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified bidder with the lowest evaluated cost.
