Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) Lahore is inviting bids for the procurement of 11-KV Dropout Cutouts (Single Insulators) along-with Fuse Links under Tender No. 4437. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- 11 kV Dropout Cutout (Single Insulator) medium voltage fuse, quantity 6000 Nos. per lot, total 5 lots, delivery locations include Dy. Manager, LESCO Regional Store Shalamar Lahore, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki.
The materials must strictly conform to the specifications DDS-49:2009 & DDS-27:2005 (amended to date) as per NGC/PPMC standards. Bidders must have valid prototype approval or must obtain it from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore before mass production. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages. The manufacturer is responsible for all testing charges and must allow inspection by authorized representatives.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, active taxpayer status, bid security in acceptable form, and compliance with all bidding document terms. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS v2.0 by **September 10, 2026, 10:30 AM**. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
The contract requires delivery within 45 to 60 days as per schedule. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is mandatory. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices and delivery documentation.
