11kV Current and Potential Transformers and Station Battery Supply

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO), through its PMU GEPCO Gujranwala, invites electronic bids from registered or prequalified firms, authorized dealers, manufacturers and suppliers for the procurement of 11kV current transformers, potential transformers and station batteries. The procurement is funded through GEPCO allocations and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Mandatory item and lot schedule: Lot 1, Tender No. NCB-STG-6, includes 11kV CTs rated 1200-2400/5A, quantity 28 No.; 11kV CTs rated 200-400/5/5A, quantity 6 No.; 11kV CTs rated 300-600/5A, quantity 2 No.; and 11kV PTs rated 1000/100, quantity 9 No. The bid opening is scheduled for 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The required bid guarantee is **PKR 0.175 million**, and the required average annual turnover for the last three years is **PKR 7.0 million**. Lot 2, Tender No. NCB-STG-7, covers Station Battery 110V 150 AH, 55 Cells, quantity 52 No. Its bid opening is scheduled for 21 August 2026 at 11:05 AM, with a bid guarantee of **PKR 2.560 million** and required average annual turnover of **PKR 102.245 million**. Bidders must be eligible registered suppliers and provide the specified bid security through pay order, banker cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft or other permitted form. Bids must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period, include GST and all applicable duties and taxes, and comply with the bidding documents, EPADS V2.0 requirements and Pakistan Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
