Hiring of Machinery for Removal of Debris, Construction Material, Solid Waste, Green Waste and Wild Growth on Main Roads Sector-II Outside Civil Society

The Cantonment Board Malir (Sanitation Branch) invites sealed bids for the hiring of machinery for one month for removal of debris, construction material, solid waste, green waste and wild growth on main roads sector-II outside civil society in Malir Cantt, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P179052. Items being procured: - Hiring of Wheel Dozer (Heavy Earthmoving Machinery) with 300-400 HP engine power, approx. 30,000-35,000 kg operating weight, high-capacity push blade, heavy-duty rock tyres, hired on monthly/daily basis including operator, maintenance and fuel for 8 hours daily - Hiring of 10 Wheeler Hydraulic Dumper, heavy-duty commercial truck with 300-380 HP turbocharged diesel engine, payload capacity 18-25 tons, hydraulic tipping system, heavy-duty suspension and tyres, air-conditioned cabin, hired for 8 hours daily with driver and POL - Hiring of Tractor with Front Blade, 75-85 HP diesel engine, 2WD/4WD, heavy-duty steel dozer blade with hydraulic controls, agricultural/industrial tyres, skilled operator, for site clearance, earth moving, land leveling, soil spreading, backfilling and light dozing operations The technical scope includes provision of fully operational machinery with licensed operators, maintenance, fuel and safety gear as per contract terms. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid NTN and GST certificates, and provide operator credentials including valid Heavy Motor Vehicle or Special Machinery Driving License and CNIC. The bidding process follows Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under Single Stage One Envelope method via EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
