Renovation and Improvement Works at Right Bank Colonies Tarbela by Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA)

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The works are to be carried out at Right Bank Colonies Tarbela, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Renovation of Store Building of Civil Complaint Office - AM&R of Residential Building at RBC Tarbela - Improvement of Kitchen & Washroom inside E, F and G Type Quarter at RBC Tarbela The scope includes renovation and maintenance of civil structures within the Right Bank Colonies area. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by the specified closing dates and times. Manual bids will not be accepted. Each bid requires a Bid Security in the form of a CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) Tarbela Dam before the closing date. The bidding process follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of Executive Engineer Civil, Right Bank Colonies Division Tarbela, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi. Interested contractors should ensure compliance with PEC category requirements and tax registrations. Earnest Money amounts are Rs.125,000/- for Renovation of Store Building, Rs.205,000/- for AM&R of Residential Building, and Rs.125,000/- for Improvement of Kitchen & Washroom. The submission deadline for the Renovation of Store Building is 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, for AM&R of Residential Building is 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, and for Improvement of Kitchen & Washroom is 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to prepare their documents carefully and submit timely to avoid disqualification.
