Tender Description

**Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)**, through its PMU GEPCO for financial year 2026-27, invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms, authorized dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and eligible foreign-exchange firms for delivery at GEPCO Ware House Wazirabad. The procurement concerns 132kV steel tubular poles required for the power distribution and transmission network. Mandatory item list: Sr. 1, 132kV Steel Tubular Poles SPA, quantity 185 No.; Sr. 2, 132kV Steel Tubular Poles SPG, quantity 11 No. The required delivery period is 180 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders should carefully review the complete technical specifications, drawings, qualification requirements, delivery provisions, and other conditions available in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations, guidelines, and procurement instructions. Only eligible bidders meeting the stated registration and prequalification requirements should participate. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of **PKR 25.00 million** in the prescribed form, enclosed with the technical proposal as required. The bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period, while bids must remain valid for 120 days. Bidders should also ensure current tax compliance and ATL status or supporting evidence where applicable. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. The bid opening is scheduled for **07 September 2026 at 11:05 AM**. Physical, late, conditional, incomplete, or unaccompanied bids will not be accepted. The undertaking concerning fresh tax returns and the required reports under NITDC Type Test Policy 2023 must also be included where applicable.
