Tender Description

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO), through its Project Management Unit, invites electronic bids from registered or prequalified firms, DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOs, or authorized dealers, manufacturers and suppliers for the procurement and free delivery of 132kV steel tubular poles. The procurement is for the planned FY 2026-27 works and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidance. Mandatory item and lot details are as follows: Sr. No. 1, item 132kV steel tubular poles, quantity 185 Nos.; Sr. No. 2, item 132kV steel tubular poles, quantity 11 Nos. The table identifies tender reference NCB-STG-8, a required delivery period of 180 days from issuance of the purchase order, a bid guarantee of **PKR 25.00 million**, and an average annual turnover requirement for the last three years of **PKR 965.000 million**. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications, drawings, quality requirements, testing provisions and delivery conditions in the bidding documents. Bids will be evaluated using the single-stage-two-envelope LCBS technique. Each bid must include the prescribed bid security in the form of a pay order, bankers cheque, call deposit or bank guarantee, where applicable. The bid security declaration is required where the procuring agency permits that option. Bid securities must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and bid title and submitted in line with the bidding instructions. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, while the guarantee must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and upload complete electronic bids before the opening deadline of **07 September 2026 at 11:05 AM**.
