15 kV XLPE Power Cable Supply

IESCO invites e-bids for supply of 15 kV XLPE power cable for the year 2026-27 on free delivery basis to its Regional Stores at Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Rajjar. The procuring department is **Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)**, with the tender handled by the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at the IESCO Head Office, G-7/4, Street No. 40, Islamabad. Eligible participants are firms and manufacturers registered with the DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, NGC, formerly NTDC, and the Federal Board of Revenue, with valid prototype approval where applicable. Material must comply with relevant WAPDA and NTDC specifications, amended to date. The bid security must be submitted in sealed original form as a Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled Pakistani bank having an A+ or above rating, in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad. It must remain valid for 88 days, being 28 days beyond the 60-day bid validity period. Only online e-bids are acceptable through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, E-PADS, at **http://www.epads.gov.pk**. The deadline for receipt is **21 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**.
