Tender Description
This tender is for the development and furnishing of a seminar hall at the Thar Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (TIEST), located in Mithro Bhatti, Tharparkar. The scope includes construction of a stage, installation of auditorium chairs, sofas, carpet tiles, wall panels with acoustic treatment, ceiling gypsum, LED ceiling lights, emergency backup UPS, split air conditioners, ceiling fans, sound system, wireless presentation clicker, podium, fire extinguisher, electric cabling, and masonry work.
The project aims to provide a fully equipped seminar hall with modern amenities including energy-efficient lighting, sound system with microphones, HVAC systems, and safety equipment. Delivery and installation are expected within 30 days after award of contract. The tender requires compliance with technical specifications and includes warranty and performance security provisions.
