Tender Description
The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific items under PPRA rules. The procurement involves the supply of the following items:
- AGB-96P-Gyro Horizon 96P (Qty-1)
- AGB-96D-Gyro Horizon 96D (Qty-1)
- AGB-3K-Gyro Horizon (Qty-1)
- 8AT-2710-000 Main Rotor Blade (Qty-1 Set)
The delivery period for all items is 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of required documents including registration certificates from DGDP and Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC photocopy of MD, and certificates proving non-blacklisting and manufacturing credentials. An original challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- must be deposited into Govt Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.
Bid Security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is mandatory as earnest money. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Tenders will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives.
