Tender Description
The University of Lakki Marwat is inviting electronic bids from reputed manufacturers, suppliers, and firms registered with SECP, KPRA, and FBR for the procurement and installation of furniture and fixtures. This procurement is part of the PSDP project aimed at upgrading the Bannu University of Science and Technology Lakki Marwat Campus to a full-fledged university.
Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure using a Quality & Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method with technical evaluation weighted at 70% and financial at 30%. Bids must include a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Treasurer ULM. A pre-bid meeting and technical bid opening are scheduled, and samples of quoted items must be submitted before the technical bid opening.
