Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of 36 units of split-type inverter air conditioners with stabilizers for the courts and 2 units for the District Bar Association in Judicial District Kamber-Shahdadkot. The air conditioners are specified to be 2 Ton capacity with inverter technology, suitable for tropical climates, and include complete installation with copper piping, voltage protection, and accessories.
The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 under a single stage two envelope procedure with electronic bid submission via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. The contract includes a minimum one-year warranty on parts and service, with a five-year warranty on compressors. Delivery and installation are to be completed within two months from the issuance of the purchase order.
