Tender Description
This tender invites proposals from experienced architectural design and engineering consulting firms for the sustainable and energy-efficient design of office and accommodation buildings at the ISMO head office in Islamabad. The consultancy includes detailed design, energy audits, compliance with green building codes, and preparation of a comprehensive bill of quantities and cost estimates.
The project execution will be under ISMO's own resources, following a single-stage two-envelope procedure. The consultancy services cover conceptual and detailed designs, energy efficiency strategies, landscaping, geotechnical investigations, and preparation of final reports. The contract duration is 120 days with a focus on sustainable construction practices and energy conservation.
