Procurement of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Verification of Contractor's Invoices and Testing & Commissioning of 500kV D/C Quad Bundle Transmission Lines on ACSR Drake Conductor

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Allied Activities including Verification of Contractor's Invoices and Testing & Commissioning of 500kV D/C Quad Bundle Transmission Lines on ACSR Drake Conductor associated with 500kV Sialkot and Vehari Substation. This procurement is based on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Lot-I: 500kV Double Circuit Transmission Line on Quad Bundled ACSR Drake Conductor from 500kV Sialkot Substation to 500kV Lahore North Substation (approx. 75 Km) - Lot-II: 500kV Double Circuit Transmission Line on Quad Bundled ACSR Drake Conductor for In/Out of the Existing 500kV Multan-Sahiwal (Yousaf Wala) Single Circuit at Vehari Substation (approx. 35 Km) The consultancy scope includes construction supervision, verification of contractor invoices, and testing & commissioning of the transmission lines. The project covers significant transmission infrastructure in Punjab province, requiring firms with relevant PEC category and experience. Firms must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). RFP documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on NGC's website www.ntdc.com.pk and on the e-PADS portal. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS only by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. This tender is also advertised on PPRA and NGC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.gov.pk). NGC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-33(1) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
