Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply and turnkey installation of virtual court equipment including network points, LED screens, webcams, sound systems, computer systems, UPS, video conferencing software, and internet connection for various district courts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project requires full installation and configuration ensuring compatibility among all equipment.
Bids must be submitted online via the KPPRA EPADS portal and physical copies delivered to the District & Sessions Judge office in Peshawar. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 11th December 2025. The bid security is Rs. 1,200,000 and bids must comply with the Bid Solicitation Documents. Technical bids require an affidavit regarding the original call deposit receipt.
